I just went to order this years herbs and just a heads up something is wrong w their shipping estimate. I’m going to email them. The bags are light so the numbers make no sense.
Thanks for the info. I read up on them and it sounds like they are a lot of work! I was thinking you could just top dress like with grass seed. Mowing would be an issue too. I need to keep my grass short because of ticks so I can’t think of how this could work. I love the idea, though.
Interesting combination of plants in the seed mix. We have Queen Annes Lace and Chicory appear naturally. Horses eat Chicory, not the Lace. Not familiar with the others except to recognize them as “herbs.”
They are eating the tree because it is a plant and it tastes good.
Fence off around it so they cannot reach it.

I agree. It is a lot of work and why not just top dress here and there? I just watched a webinar w Wendy Murdoch and the founder of Hilton Herbs. It was good. Really good. Here it is and thinking of starting another thread. Thank you Wendy Murdoch - you are AMAZING!
