OK. Similar question - not sure I can re-life this post. Looking for a wide toe box in a field boot. Don’t really want to pay for custom for schooling boots. Surgery on big toe. It’s rigid. Foot is “funky”. I can purchase wide toe box shoes and tennis shoes… sure wish it was an option for riding boots!
Give the Mountain Horse Sovereign boots a try. My big toe is fused, and these provide plenty of toe room. I wear Altra trail running shoes every day—wide toe box—and these boots give me the same space.

Historically I’ve found Ariat boots to have wider feet than Mountain Horse, though I don’t have any of the newest models.
