Pfft. No-one needs alcohol. You just need cranberry juice. In a glass bottle, of course.
Funny that she has money for attorneys and lawsuits but not enough to pack up her belongings and animals in order to move out of a property where she said she felt unsafe/threatened. To the point of stating she had a firearm and felt comfortable using it. Apparently her ex-husbandâs attitude regarding guns is in line with her own.
Priorities, I suppose. Complain online rather than get to safety.
My add of a headscratcherâŠ
^^ said it better ^^^
âKanarek, who was living at the farm with her fiancĂ©, says Barisone, Sweetgrass and barn manager Ruth Cox put her in danger by allowing firearms on the property. The suit seeks unspecified damages for emotional and physical distress.â
Didnât she discuss owning firearms of her own while living on the property?
I see her father and one of her sisters were photographed at the hearing. But not her mother. Iâm a little surprised that both of her parents werenât in attendance.
So was she or was she not the barn manager prior to the shooting?
In the lawsuit, Kanarek says Barisone and his associates harassed her and her fiancé repeatedly before their final confrontation.
Again we go back to she is posting that sheâs afraid, she posts that she is armed, she turns down offers to whisk her and her animals away and there are people sleeping in the barn rather than in their own beds to get away from her.
I mean, never ever ever seems fairly clear.
This whole âpromised a spot on the 2020 teamâ thing always makes me laugh. One of my neighbours is a current Olympian (non-equestrian discipline) and another owns Olympic level horses (for riders, she doesnât ride any longer). Getting a slot on an any Olympic team is hugely difficult and takes years and years, especially if youâre partnered with an animal that generally tries kill themselves at every opportunity and catch every bug going. There isnât one high level rider thatâd believe such a promise. I think itâs just another story made up to fit a narrative.
You would think so if it werenât for this:
âKanarek, who was living at the farm with her fiancĂ©, says Barisone, Sweetgrass and barn manager Ruth Cox put her in danger by allowing firearms on the property. The suit seeks unspecified damages for emotional and physical distress.â
Consider the source though.
So, âguns for me, but not for theeâÂ?
I have a feeling this suit will be tossed out. Be interesting to see if any 2A groups get wind of it.
Does anyone who knows the actors know if RC was, in fact, arrested yesterday? That is what La-La is asserting. Itâs weird, though. She says the breaking news wasnât her law suit and didnât even realize that the article mentioned the law suit. What? Itâs all it does. It doesnât mention any arrest at all. The only source we have for there being an arrest is La-La.
If RC was arrested that is, indeed, big news.
What on earth??? Ahh no, I am repeating advice that was given to others who were posting on here close those involved. This is just getting bizarre.

Again it boils down to - MB is a big fancy rider therefore anything he does is right and others are wrong because - crazy.
They have to do that if they donât know who owns it. Obviously they are all staying silent on that. Good thing about this is in a civil case all teh dirty details will become public.
Interesting Barison stated this is an all out war. Donât tell me he didnât know what was going to go down that day. You donât say WAR if you arenât preparing for battle. Self defense my ass.
DudeâŠthis is not a good look
Is this the correct info?
