Funny that she has money for attorneys and lawsuits but not enough to pack up her belongings and animals in order to move out of a property where she said she felt unsafe/threatened. To the point of stating she had a firearm and felt comfortable using it. Apparently her ex-husband’s attitude regarding guns is in line with her own.

Priorities, I suppose. Complain online rather than get to safety.

She says someone was arrested today in relation to the gun. I don’t see any mention of an arrest in the linked article. I’m also missing how anyone has a duty of care to keep other people from carrying guns. As has been pointed out in this forum, one doesn’t even generally know who is carrying a concealed weapon. So how did 10 people all have a duty to protect one boarder -

I agree.
But, RC was never, ever ever the barn manager. She paid for half of one of MB’s gfs horses. Bc shes his gf, she’s been promised a spot on 2020 team repeatedly- and WEg 2022 if that fails. RC is merely a partial owner who slept on a mattress outside this horse’s stall. They argued constantly about the care, feed, training etc of this horse. Thanks to them, I’ll never go halfsies on a horse purchase.

In the lawsuit, Kanarek says Barisone and his associates harassed her and her fiancé repeatedly before their final confrontation.

Again we go back to she is posting that she’s afraid, she posts that she is armed, she turns down offers to whisk her and her animals away and there are people sleeping in the barn rather than in their own beds to get away from her.

This whole “promised a spot on the 2020 team” thing always makes me laugh. One of my neighbours is a current Olympian (non-equestrian discipline) and another owns Olympic level horses (for riders, she doesn’t ride any longer). Getting a slot on an any Olympic team is hugely difficult and takes years and years, especially if you’re partnered with an animal that generally tries kill themselves at every opportunity and catch every bug going. There isn’t one high level rider that’d believe such a promise. I think it’s just another story made up to fit a narrative.

Does anyone who knows the actors know if RC was, in fact, arrested yesterday? That is what La-La is asserting. It’s weird, though. She says the breaking news wasn’t her law suit and didn’t even realize that the article mentioned the law suit. What? It’s all it does. It doesn’t mention any arrest at all. The only source we have for there being an arrest is La-La.

If RC was arrested that is, indeed, big news.

This is just a side note of a memory. I clearly remember MB riding the magnificent Safir at the CDI*** in Raleigh in 2003 (Lord, was it that long ago???) when he won the infamous tiara. He had the crowd on their feet with joy, happiness, and enthusiasm while watching excellent riding of an amazing horse.

Again it boils down to - MB is a big fancy rider therefore anything he does is right and others are wrong because - crazy.

Not surprised she is suing, but up to 10 possible owners of the gun??? Sounds like she is offering to sue just about anyone who was on the farm. One more layer to this crazy story!

They have to do that if they don’t know who owns it. Obviously they are all staying silent on that. Good thing about this is in a civil case all teh dirty details will become public.

Super congratulations on your 4-3 score. Seriously. At issue is the required 2 2nd level scores of 60 or above from two different judges. Both of your scores for 2nd level are 60 & above but under the same judge. All you need is one more 2nd level score at 60 or above under a different judge and you’ve got your bronze.
