Well, at least they described the farm as upscale instead of sprawling.

GreenWithEnvy sounds a lot like The Blue Saddle.
A bit wacho, uh, wacko.
Nah, sheâs too busy stalking / bullying / tormenting her friendâs new wife. The crap on her personal page is seriously LK-level crazy. But hey, if it keeps her from harassing hard-working Canadian dressage riders and stealing other peopleâs creative content, Iâll take it!
After almost 5,000 posts on this thread, I donât even try to keep all the assorted houseguests straight. But the claim about just returning from horse shopping in Europe had a familiar ring to it.
In case you havenât checked recently, Dressage Hub has changed her FB cover photo to âFeatured in: The New York Timesâ but with the NY Times font/logo.
Omg. Thanks for the laugh!
@MHM I was referring to full metal jacket bullets vs hollow-points, which are evidently restricted in NJ, something I was not aware of.

Hollow points are really hard to get your hands on in NJ. As in, not even the cops are allowed to carry them. Sure, he could have crossed the border to PA, but hollow points arenât readily available at any gun store in Jersey, and I believe thereâs a pretty stiff penalty for possession of hollow point rounds.
Ah. Thanks. So many possibilities on this thread.
Dying laughing. Featured as a vicious internet bully. Thatâs really something to be proud of lol.
I donât know, it really depends on each individual juror. I was seated on a jury that the defense tried to stack with what I assume they though were âcompassionateâ jurors. One priest and 2 nurses, one of which was me. The crime was vastly different than this one but the attempt to stack the jury was an absolute failure. There is research behind jury selection but it often comes down to a crap shoot.
FTR donât claim that you stole a metric sh!t ton of high end shampoo products because you live at a Catholic homeless shelter that doesnât supply toiletries. Especially when the priest on the jury, along with members of his congregation, make it one of their missions to collect and package toiletries to give to homeless men who live at the exact same Catholic homeless shelter. Oops.
I can safely say that the amount of crazy shown on this thread is next-level. It just reinforces that horse people are indeed crazy.
Is that the poor man she dragged off to âEurope and the Nether-regionsâ who then came home and proposed to his GF, not her? Bless her heart.
I would think that the judge in the civil lawsuit will either a) dismiss it as nuisiance, or, b) not give it a date until after the criminal case has been heard. They arenât going to be able to get the evidence being held in the criminal case for the civil case until its done, so the civil case seems very suspect to me.
Apparently, LK doesnât have a clue where the gun came from, and its probably making her crazy not knowing all sorts of details about the case sheâs not privy to anything the prosecutor or defence attorneys are doing. She can sit in the court room and listen to the trtial, and might be called to the stand as a witness, but she doesnât get to have any information about the case being brought, as she isnât a party. Its the prosecutorsâ case, for the people of NJ, not hers. But she doesnât know where the gun came from, so sheâs naming myriad people as possible owners of the gun. So thereâs been no arrest. People donât get arrested in civil cases, I donât believe. If there was, she would know who owned the gun, and would need to rewrite her acusations towards myriad gun owner does.
Sheâs probably bringing this civil case now to get all these details, But the prosecutor for the criminal case isnât going to inform her of anything he has for his case, and information about the gun and where it came from is his evidence. Its his case, not hers But the attorneys for all the civil defendants arenât going to be able to mount any kind of defense until after the criminal trial, when the evidence they need is released, so sheâs shit out of luck. There wonât be any civil trial now. The judge will probably dismiss it now, and make her refile after the criminal trial is over.
My opinion.
Yes, Dressage Hub girl is stalking him and his fiance and making threats all on facebook. Sheâs a real piece of work.
Wow. She and LK need to be locked into a room together. âTwo (wo)men enter, one (wo)man leavesâ
In re: lost wages claims. I have a family member who is a retired high level personal injury attorney and dealt with people who were permanently disabled; and in his cases, there were actuaries to figure out the lost wages piece, based on previous employment, level of education/skills, overall health/predictable life span, age, gender, market in that part of the country, etc. Way more science than art. The plaintiff doesnât get to pick a number out of the air for lost wages; there are accepted methodologies for calculating that number. Also, reaching deep into my memory here; (Iâm not a lawyer and I donât play one on TV), emotional distress claims are difficult to collect on unless there is physical manifestation of the emotional distress. That is, you might collect on an emotional distress claim if the distress also caused ulcers or tremors. Collecting on emotional distress without physical evidence is very, very difficult. (So posting selfies all over social media of you happily going about your daily life is a bad idea if youâre later going to try to claim damages for emotional distress.)
Wacho definitely losing this one. If she only understood how much she is embarrassing herself.
