Yes it is going to discount the horse, and make it a little harder to sell, but I think as long as you do discount the horse and are upfront with the owners about why this is necessary and provide documentation to buyers, I don’t think that it should take that much longer to sell the horse. Yes, some buyers will be spooked, but there will also be buyers out there looking for a deal.
