A BNT at my barn has a schleese saddle that has air in the panels. It’s like sitting on a cloud.
I bought my 4 year old OTTB knowing he wouldn’t be in a full-time training program, so I would be bringing him on largely on my own. Due to mine and my coaches schedule, I can only lesson once a week. Luckily, Bodhi is very kind, safe, and quiet. He of course has baby horse moments, but he never escalates or does anything dirty. I have zero plans to show, so I’m not working on a timeline. I had a lesson today and my coach remarked on how much progress we’ve made just one month of consistent lessons and me doing my homework.
