I still get angry-tears at work when (in my TOTALLY unbiased opinion) my supervisor unfairly critiques my work. I am…not young. I will most likely not suddenly grow a thick skin. I fully understand, and while I’m sure most folks on here mean well, and maybe have a better eye than seat themselves, it stings. And perhaps takes some of the awesome-new-horse-joy out of your sails.
