Did you demo the Competitor before you bought it?
I’m reasonably certain the other dressage models have different seats. Could always jingle your County rep to find out 
If you don’t want a County, don’t get one - but I do think it’s worth looking into if your boy likes the way they fit him. There’s nothing worse than a horse who hates his saddle!
