Eqtrainer’s right. With my new big guy, the whip that works on my tiny mare is too short. I often ride with over-length whips on him.
Like Eqtrainer, I have a collection. Everything from short jumping bats to long in-hand whips.
Thanks for all the input. I am looking for the new longer length because the giftee is very petite, and her horse is 16.2, and she rides my 17.2 guy… so it would be nice to encourage him to use his hinney (which is a goal for the winter).
