Zayat- in legal trouble again...

Completely agree!

But, isn’t racing about betting on those numbers?

I still believe that those lifetime rights were sold for less than what should have been their value. But then, that’s just me!

Speaking of which- where is Justify on those terms? While he is by Scat Daddy, and there are few enough of those, what would make his value any greater, unless his foals can really RUN?

And now, Zayat…

If TB business deals could be made with the benefit of hindsight, we would all own breeding rights to Into Mischief.

Isn’t that the truth!!!

Scat Daddy may be another that comes to my mind. If he hadn’t died in late 2015, I believe his stud fee would have been upped to $100,000 for 2016. It couldn’t find what it was for 2015, but 2014 it was $30,000. Another sleeper starting to make noise when he passed away.

Because, hey, he doesn’t want to have to pay Mike Maker for the training bills, anyway…

Such a scumbag. I hope he ends up in jail.

I wonder if Zayat’s attorney is on retainer, or if he is just hoping that a miracle will happen and Zayat will actually pay him.

He’s a lawyer. I’m betting he got paid up front.

There was a developer in this area who used to go around, and hire different law firms to handle his business. He never paid them. Gradually, he found fewer and fewer firms that would deal with him. However, I organized a homeowner’s group to fight a particular development he was trying to get approved. I found it ridiculously difficult to find a firm that could represent us. Why? Because even if he didn’t pay them, the firms had to recuse themselves, as they had worked for him, and had intimate knowledge of his business. They were considered to be conflicted out.

Perhaps Zayat will find that happening to him, at some point. I mean, unless he gives them a six-figure retainer, and they have a contract which allows them to bail (and I have no idea how you would structure that) sooner or later, they have to smarten up!!

He is an Egyptian American businessman and he owns Thoroughbred race horses.

Do you have a point?

If you look at that poster’s 6 posts, you’ll see they’re all strange.

That’s what i know about him

To that, I can only say as I was taught many years ago, bukra fil mish mish…
