1 appendix 1 qh in Illinois area I lost track of

2 horses I’ve lost track of over the years that I had when they were younger:

first is a registered AQHA Appendix Gelding. “Call Me Wilbur” by “Goal Bar Eddie” and out of a TB mare. Foaled 1990 he was a gorgous golden palomino 16’2" hands, but I am still listed on his papers as the owner (according to aqha records) and I sold him back in 1995ish. I know he went through a sale via my old trainer, but not a meat sale (pricier) and he used to have a bad rearing problem at the canter (hence why I sold him). Not sure where he ended up…but he was really nice looking! I was in the northern Illinois area when I had/sold him.

second is a registereed AQHA gelding. “Great Pines Legacy” a 1992 bay gelding by “He’s Great” out of “Like a Great Pine”. Wasn’t very big…15+ hands. He was shown on the AQHA circuit after I sold him and at open shows in western pleasure, horsemanship, western riding, and showmanship. I had him since a weanling, only sold him as he was so small and I was into the english classes at the time…but he was pretty special to me as I knew him since he was born and his mom. He also was sold in Northern Illinois.

I know this is a longshot but thought I’d give it a try…the palomino might have made someone a nice h/j or eventer? Kinda neat to see what has happened to horses we had a kids…I know where my first horse is but these two I lost track of.
