I’ve posted about this guy before, but thought some fresh faces on the forum might have knowledge. :o
This is a horse I knew at a previous barn where I worked, and I got to ride him back from a suspensory injury. It’s been a few years since he was given up and I’d like to find him again, if possible.
Hanoverian gelding, BIG guy at 18hh, big-boned, four socks and a wide blaze. Flashy chestnut. I have photos if you’d like to compare.
He’s probably pushing 20ish by now, if he’s even still around. Name was Bailey when I knew him, may have been changed since then, who knows. Sweet guy.
He was an h/j horse for a college equestrian team, suffered a suspensory injury, rehabbed, injured again, and is now probably a pasture ornament or doing some low-level/pleasure riding. Last I heard he was in Virginia somewhere, but that’s where the trail ends.
My far-fetched hope is to find him again and keep him as a retiree. :o
