I’m trying to locate my junior horse Arion’s “for sale” ad in 1967 issue of the Chronicle. It featured a photo and the caption, “Are you a junior headed for the top? You can make it on Arion.”
My parents bought him from Fredrica Leet in 1967. She trained him and successfully did Pony Club, Junior Hunters and all the Eqs. I showed him in upstate NY and with Frank and Wayne Carroll (Secor Farms), then trained my own students on him.
If anyone has access to back issues from ‘67, please respond. I’d enjoy sharing the info with Arion, the company!
