Starting Trailer shopping again, now that my once young WB is 8 and grew a LONG back.
Found online what looks like a pristine 1999 Trail-Et Slant Load BP w/DR. Excellent condition
Collapsible Rear tack compartment
17’10" length
6’6" wide and 7’6" tall
Empty weight 3260
is $14,500.00 crazy high? On west coast…

Another trailer also in great condition…is a 2001 Sundowner $13,500.00
Warmblood size
2 horse trailer
Straight load
Very good condition
6’6" wide and 7’8" tall
Empty weight 3260
rear ramp with top curtains

I really like the Kingston Classic Standard straight load no DR or Gore 2H side ramp no DR
but can’t find any used ones (or new for that matter) on the west coast…

2001 Sundowner $13,500.00

I think this is in the years that had the frame powdercoating problems? I would nix this one.

Both of these trailers seem crazy high priced, seeing as how I’m selling my 2000 2H straight load featherlite for 7500 and I’m negotiable.

Opinions based from experience please!

I am Not on the West coast but for me both trailers mentioned are over priced by about 50%, we just purchased a 2007 three horse slant that has stud wall in first stall with escape door that was being used to transport some sort of exhibition team. Has collapsible rear tack and a large front dressing room/tack storage …new tires including new spare. $8,000

It is a step up as we use our horses for various sport uses

The farm that sold this trailer had been bought by developers so they were disbursing the assets

As a note it appears that All used trailers for sale are considered in Excellent condition by the sellers

Not the one I’m selling! I’m 100% honest about the damage on it. I don’t know how the damage happened, as it was before my ownership - I don’t make a habit of jackknifing trailers, or driving them under low tree branches

I thought the prices were high. I am finding out west there are not alot of Used in nice condition TALL 2HBPs available… Where are you located? and is your 2H WB height?

It’s 7’5" interior, so i think so. I’m in indiana.
