I have a 2003 17.5" Antares saddle (2A flap, L twist) that has been sitting for over 2 years. The flaps are damaged at the bottom (wear from use), but the saddle is in good shape otherwise. I would like to see it put to use, but I’m not sure if selling it is an option or if I would need to donate it. Suggestions?
You can get it repaired or sell as is, with the price reflecting that damage. Those are the options as far as I can tell?

How damaged are the flaps? What is the leather composition (calf, grain or Buffalo?). Some will buy at a heavy discount if the tree is sound and its just some superficial damage. That being said it really depends on the saddle/price.
