Tasker - soooo pretty! I would love to watch this one grow up (nothing against anyone else’s, I just love black with chrome, and particularly when it’s such a nice specimen
Thanks JB. I am thrilled with how she is developing already - the addition of Again and Again on the sire’s damline definitely made a difference! We had originally purchased this mare to breed to the old fellow but a series of vet mistakes left her open the last season he was breeding.

I keep waffling about breeding for next year and then I look at this filly and feel guilty - she is a really top notch example of our program…

Our first filly has arrived - a perlino Swedish Warmblood!
Our buckskin Swedish Warmbloods, Catapult (approved stallion) and Clair de Lune (premium mare) produced a spectacular sabino perlino Swedish Warmblood filly on April 30! She has full papers with SWANA and her foals will be eligible for other main registries as well including KWPN-NA… not to mention they will all be dilute (palomino, buckskin, etc.) and many will have lots of chrome to boot. I have 2 out of 4 now! My maiden surprised us with a filly the day I was going to take her to the foaling farm, and a day before that my other mare had a full sibling to last year’s model.
Both are doing well and I am so excited. The dark bay is a colt, by Contempo (Contender x Polydor) out of Galaxi (Graf Grannus x TB). The lighter bay is the filly who is my FIRST filly, and is by Contempo out of Pinon Isadora (Galoubet x Tolbert). More soon. No good pics of colt yet as they were in due to weather when I went to visit.

We took a few new pictures of Ed Venture by Escapade out of our TB mare DoUThinkUCanDance this morning. He is not quite 2 weeks old.
alliekat - what a cutie!! The Bling Fairy certainly gave him some attention too! 
Here are some snaps of our filly from yesterday afternoon and we FINALLY decided on a name - Wendolyn WF with Lynnie for short. Thanks to everyone who suggested names and gave their opinion on the list!!
My 2nd of 5 was born this morning! A bay filly with chrome by Redwine out of Romancing Rio (Rio Grande).
This filly was sold in-utero and her owner is still deciding on a name but (hopefully!) here’s the link to my FB album of 2011 Foals:

German Sport Pony x Haflinger
Hope no one minds me posting a pic of one of our foals from last year…he is so cute, and I didn’t know about this thread last year. He is by German Sport Pony stallion Voyager out of our 13.2 hand Haflinger mare who jumps 3’9". Pics of Valiant Voyager or “Val” or more often “Baby Val” as a baby and as a yearling. Also pics of Mom Pazia and and stallion Voyager. How can you not love that little face???
