Acer K is black, so that would make sense.
Charisma is such a nice horse
Grace Debney started a little slow, but ended well.
She didn’t make the top ten.
Yeah, which is disappointing. I did think the first combination was going to get ugly because they came in so slow.
I’m happy to see Skylar Wireman in 2nd!
Two questions:
- Who are the two commentators and
- Do the earlier scores carry forward into the final round or are the top 10 now starting with a clean slate?
Where do yall see whose in the top 10?
Combined scores: https://www.longinestiming.com/equestrian/2021/washington-international-horse-show-tryon-nc/resultlist_1181.html
Oliver Kennedy and Tessa Brown, but I think they said that they won’t be commenting during the top ten.
The riders will switch horses and keep their score through the top ten. No clean slate.
Thank you!
Catalina Peralta had a lovely round.
I think that was the round Catalina Peralta’s been waiting for for quite a while. Really lovely.
Luke did really well.
Luke Jensen’s really come on this finals season. Top four at USET, Top 25 at Harrisburg, and now Top 10 at WIHS.
Shame for Natalie there. That lead change got away from her. I thought she’d put together quite a nice round other than getting a bit tentative to the skinny.
What a great group of riders.
I think Skylar did very well. Dominic as well but I thought Skylar’s ride was smoother. I never get the order right though.
1st: Dominic Gibbs
2nd: Skylar Wireman
3rd: Augusta Iwasaki
I was wrong again…
Anyone know the ETA for the prix?
