so heard from someone there that yes rider is fine but horse not so much but maybe just fine who knows

That just makes them look sweaty. I’ve never understood that trend.
I can see a little bit of baby oil, but the raccoon eye look is jut gross.
There was a rule change about excessive makeup, but more honored in the breach than compliance.
Though I did hear that Peter Cameron once told a halter class to grab some rags and clean up the faces or he’d excuse them all from the ring.
I miss that man.
