2Raw2Ride Social Media

There were rumors LE stopped him in MT and couldn’t do anything (horses not in bad enough condition, etc). I’m not sure they are true though.

I thinking he will make it Seattle, unfortunately. At this point, I’m just hoping he doesn’t decide to ride back like he said he was going to originally.

I have an idea! Maybe he can ride back in a motorized vehicle. Best idea: hitchhike. That’ll give him a real sense of adventure and he’ll get to meet folks from all across the Great American West.

@Paint_Party god bless you, you just solved every problem. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

He can hitchhike. Of course he has to get into strange cars, but in his case, so what. It’s all part of the grand story, right?

He does have to turn the horses over to a responsible horse person. Who will send them back south before winter, for heaven’s sake.

But he can think of that as getting them off his bill. At this point I’m guessing they have zero market value. Even an auction buyer would think they were thin and poor kept.

That’s all assuming, of course, there’s no mightily-impressed producer meeting him at the “finish line” and offering him a starring role in a production starting immediately.

You know, I don’t think he’ll turn right around and head right back to wherever he began; I think he’ll take up some of his previously-mooched-from new acquaintances up on possibly insincere offers to visit them, and thus extend the mooching section of his trip indefinitely.

This has got to be a pretty heady experience for a 24-year-old who, from what I’ve read, didn’t have much of a life before this. National media stories starring (and praising) him, perfect strangers cheering him from the roadsides, buying him stuff and taking him into their homes, social media attention out the wazoo, and who knows what else.

Why wouldn’t he want more, more, and more?

Don’t know his exact start date, but it seems to have been mid-April, probably between the 12th & 18th. At the time he was already staying ahead of his public postings so only invitees would be at the start. And at the finish as the public wouldn’t know the exact target date. (He may not know horsemanship, but he sure knows these kinds of details about how to post a journey on SM.)

Anyway … won’t Day 100 be coming up any time between now and the next week or so?

 & get THAT all over it’s horns?

Latest FB post has him entering Jackson, MT.
With this shot of Falcon, Pete is hidden behind him with Cereal draped on his butt :face_vomiting:
Falcon does not look in good weight at all.
Praying for LE to find & stop this farce.

June 18th was 100 days, according to Chat GPT.
His send off poster had April 9th on it, so I’m guessing that’s when he went.

Have you noticed that he is ALWAYS leaning on, or some how bracing himself on the horses?

Those poor horses have to deal with so much and he continues to lean into them.

He is also all by himself again, Poppa left the other day according to his IG post.

Since he was last spotted in Jackson MT, safe to assume he is headed towards Missoula? I would not doubt that he trailers from his location to Spokane; so some photo ops then trailers again to Seattle.

He’s played a nice little game of pinball betwen UT/ID and MT

At least trailering saves some wear on the horses.
But whatever passes for his feeding regimen SUX :rage:
At this point, all we can do is hope he gets caught on some missing paperwork requirement & horses are impounded
The FB group seems to have Boots on the Ground in MT. Maybe they can turn the trick & get him stopped :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:

It’s very difficult to get him stopped because so far the horses aren’t in bad enough shape for him to be breaking livestock laws. I believe a Sherrif in Montana talked to him, but had to let him go.

Just wanted to chime in that Chat GPT/other AI text generators is not a reliable source of information. It is really just fancy autocomplete; it tries to tell you what it thinks you want it to tell you, which may or may not be an actual fact.

I started this thread a few days after he started his journey because I was surprised no one else had started one.

He is only on day 75 when I count from April 9th. Maybe you meant July 18??? that will be 100 days.

Hopefully it will al be done soon and he will crawl back into obscurity. (but he has a ‘name’ now. Just google him and lots of hits pop up). This will follow him forever; or at least a bit.

Yes, I do know that and understand how they receive their information. I use AI platforms a lot in my day job - which is why I asked it because I was too lazy to count. However, that is beside the point.

You are correct, I mistyped. It is July 18th.

In all his Instagram post that I have read, I have never heard him say how grateful he is for the two horses and what they are doing for him. He might as well be riding a bicycle to Seattle. Plenty of photos of him eating, socializing and showing the scenery but nothing about “I couldn’t be doing this without Paint and Bay”. I wish he would run into Denny Emmerson tomorrow.

I’d rather it was Steffen Peters.
Someone big enough to pound this Wannabe into a paste
& Yeah, never a kind word about the horses :rage:
Unless you count the moronic “Colic happens, we move on”?

I only know Steffen by name. Is he like Denny “take no prisoners?”?

Thank you for that succinct summary of the entire AI technology. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

AI is and will be extremely useful, when used with correct understanding. But it’s not Hal in the movie 2001. (Hopefully.)

Oh this right here. Can this be arranged ??? :cowboy_hat_face: :rage:

IMO size means nothing. It’s not the dog in the fight, it’s the fight in the dog. Something like that.
