Why hasn’t EN or CoTH reported on this?
3 horses have died on xc in two weekends of Eventing in Aus. Sounds like the rider was seriously injured too.
Feel sorry for the horse at Naracoote. It ran a 4* the weekend before, travelled 1200km to another 4* and had SJ before XC. Last fence on course, oxer.

That doesn’t sound good. According to an updated release from Equestrian Australia, “The horse Usman was riding called ’Kasheer’ (aka Benny), passed away from a proximal cervical fracture.”
The horse at Tambourine Equestrian Group “passed away from a cardiovascular incident.”
