Inspections & negotiations done, waiting on appraisal and final funding now!! I wrote up our new barn rules today and am putting together a schedule of fees. I haven’t really let myself believe it’s happening until now, but now I believe it!
I owned a barn growing up, managed one through my early 20s, but then tried to be happy being a “normal” working ammy until now. I love the work, love helping people and horses, and am so psyched to finally bring this to fruition. I know it won’t be easy, but it is here!
