I had my gelding on Let 'M Sweat last year and he did pretty well - wasn’t sweating great by the end of the summer but never shut down and was better than the previous year. This year I put him on Let 'M Sweat in early April and he has hardly sweated at all. Just a bit of sweat under the saddle pad, but none around his ears, between his legs, or anywhere else. He has never shut down entirely on me, but his sweating will be limited to dampness under the saddle pad.
I put him on Platinum Performance Wellness and Platinum Refresh last Wednesday evening. I took him for a short ride this afternoon and he was sweating on his neck, shoulders, ears, and under saddle pad. Platinum stuff is expensive, but, you know, a sweating horse - priceless;) I tried the Platinum stuff because of a recommendation on this forum, so wanted to update with my results.
