5 Horses & trailer stolen in Magnolia, Arkansas

The theft of five horses and a trailer from the campus of SAU in Magnolia is under investigation by
the university’s police department.

While SAU Police are not yet providing details, some of the students on the school’s rodeo team describe what was stolen in details.

They say a Featherlite bumper pull stock trailer with five horses, saddles, and bits was stolen from the barn on SAU’s campus sometime between midnight and six o’clock this morning.

Students say the dark colored, 4-door truck has Georgia license plates (TL7W102).

The horses are described as follows:
Black horse with a rocking M brand on left hip.
Sorrel blaze face horse with a rocking V on left shoulder. Right hip has backward L with a K
Grey mare with no markings
Buckskin mare with a star on her head
Black mare with star and circle M brand

The SAU Rodeo Team travels to ten college rodeos each year in the Ozark Region, and tries to earn a spot at the College National Finals Rodeo which are held every June.
