5 Ponies & A Horse....Show Checklist Help?

Thanks for all of the great replies/suggestions.

We had a wonderful show!!

Only one spill and we got back on and ended up getting a ribbon in the S. S. Hunters out of 28 kids!

The medium pony won the pony hunter classic!

Sure there were some tears (you can’t avoid them!) and I listened to 100x too much NSYNC, but otherwise it went really well. I was exhausted & sunburned but I honestly had a fairly good time.

One forgot her saddle at home but we had somebody bring it to us (they were coming down too).

Opsy, have to go.

Just remember little extras for the kids. If you have spare garters for jods, extra spurs, crops, etc. Remember to bring extra bits if sometimes the ponies have a secondary one to go in. Pack for the weather in case it’s alittle crazy (i.e. hot/cold). Rain gear is a good thing to bring. Best of luck with the kids and hope the show goes smoothly!

ROTFLMAO!!! I used to, actually still do even though I’m 16, forget my toothbrush!!!

How about making sure you have hair ribbons & nets? And that the kids have money to spend or eat. Always a good thing to have.
