Apparently a very weird size, any ideas where I can get on(aside fr0m Bridgestone as they’re about $500). My tractor tire blew out its side. I heard something about retreading it??

I don’t think you can retread the sidewall.
You definitely cannot retread a sidewall, and given that yours blew out, does not seem to be a wise thing to do.
There may be very good reasons a bridgestone costs more. (Maybe the sidewalls a built better?)
If you’re hurting for cash, then consider finding a used tire in good condition.
