I don’t know this fellow, but know people that do. he didn’t have a big money address. journalists think because you have a Wellington address that means it is big money. They don’t have a clue.
This year, he registered himself to vote in FL, using an address in Wellington that Mindy Minetto had used with Stonehenge Farm, but he’s not living there, unless he rented the place for the Winter circuit, and he’s used another address in CT that is the home of an elderly female immigrant chef with a boutique restaurant and that address doesn’t line up with his known and verified residences either. Based on his Facebook, he seems to hang out with the well-known LGBQ horse crowd in the FL and NJ areas that love to “party hard”, so I would imagine that he’s been shacked up there with someone of known prominence on that side of things who resides in both places, as Mindy Minetto did.

Interesting. That leaves open the possibility of many well known associates in the horse world. He certainly appears to be a dubious character.
One of the guys who cooperated in the investigation said he had sent a package to him at a big money, Estate-type address in FL. Not his residence address, but one of multiple addresses in CT, PA, and FL that he was using for whatever purposes. This guy really is all over the map, if you pin the addresses that seem to be tied to his name.
Yeah the original post that said Coventry… well yeah there is money there but the majority are land poor. So even that is misleading. Dude is squirrelly that’s for sure. Typical of drug dealers.

I would be careful to make sure you are talking about the right individual. I have a friend who dated a Thomas Keogh in PA, somewhat involved in horses. Don’t think it’s the same guy but it’s not that uncommon of a name,so one should be careful about what they dig up and then post on the internet.
In the meantime if what LexinVA says is true, then as a noncompeting “Fan” member he could show up at any show anytime to do his dirty work. Unless they know the person by name/face who’s going to prevent him from entering any show grounds?
The right one is in jail, so that probably narrows it down. His photo is in the article.

From what I’ve determined, there’s only one Thomas “Tom” Keogh running around on the East Coast circuits doing work at shows and the e-mail address he uses matches the full name of that man and the Facebook username - tskeogh - and is the same e-mail address used with with multiple horse-related groups in PA and CT. His known and verified addresses in both CT and PA show up on multiple documents and officials directories with his e-mail address and the business name and PO Box of his stable in CT appears as well. The mobile phone number he uses is also linked with the address where he was arrested, which is also the home of the aforementioned immigrant chef, whose address he used for voter registration in CT. From the look of things, he had been laying low and possibly living out of other people’s homes in CT, PA, and FL since he received news that his associates in PA were being rounded up and interviewed.

Does anyone know if he’s still in jail? Or if he’s been sentenced yet? It looks like he was arrested in July.
He will be arraigned at the beginning of next month, facing a huge pile of charges. Other defendants have agreed to testify against him as part of their plea agreements, so he’s likely going to enjoy the benefits of the prison healthcare system for the foreseeable future or the rest of his natural life, whichever works out to be longer. I would expect him to cut a deal in exchange for testimony, though I doubt he will rat on any one of his pals in the horse world.

He used to date Hal Vita (Shallowbrook) son. He was very involved in the horse show scene (behind the scenes) for many years.

Hes lived in Somers, Ellington, Vernon (Drug town) and Coventry CT in a very short period of time. He used to reside at Shallowbrook when he was dating Hal’s son and namesake not very long ago
and Thomas Keogh was physically living in Vernon, CT at 101 Dockerel Road in Vernon, CT. His written address is on the Coventry, Vernon, Bolton town lines which is likely why his location of Coventry, CT was sometimes given however he did live in Coventry at one time. He was physically arrested at that location in Vernon. He travelled extensively for work in retail Halloween stores and spent a significant amount of time in PA (Were child was killed), Florida, and Southern New England.
He has lived in several towns across eastern CT, as well as PA and florida. It seems his drug workings spread across those 3 areas and he frequently moved around those areas staying stable for little amounts of time.
He is listed as the “principle” behind Country Road Stables LLC in Somers, CT (Where Shallowbrook is located). He dated Hal Vita’s son for a while. It is listed as a “training” facility with yearly incomed around 50k. The address listed for this “Country Road Stables” is actually SHALLOWBROOK in Somers; where he was living for a time. Thomas Keogh doesn’t train horses nor ride them. Maybe he did 40 years ago; but his workings around horse shows is strictly behind the scenes stuff. Willing to bet this LLC Is a “cover up” operation for false money movement.
At other times he lived on Pinney Street in Ellington, Scranton, PA, Brainard Road in Enfield, CT, Shallowbrook Farm in Somers, CT, Stockton, NJ, Allentown, PA and Factorytown PA. His constant movements among different addresses is pretty “norm” for drug kingpins and dealers who are constantly working among different locations for supply continuity.
It amazes me that if he was as “big” as authorities say he was in the drug dealings; that it took them this long to latch on to him.
All of the information is publicly available online, you just have to know where to look for it.

It’s not that easy to bust drug dealers at anything above street level.
I live in a place where illegal marijuana grow ops were calculated to be the biggest agricultural crop by an order of magnitudes and very rarely was anyone arrested. Even when the police have their eyes on people they can’t get evidence. We have the Hell’s Angels as one of the big crime families, they claim they are legitimate businessmen in a social club. Thr police find it hard to touch them. Then Hell’s Angels get gunned down in gangland slayings which does not happen if you aren’t in the game.
I expect as with TK many drug busts rely on informers. And here it presumably only unraveled after the child died and people were arrested and needed to shift blame.
If someone was distributing drugs inside a closed social world, and was reasonably discrete, they could do this a long time before anything happened to break their cover. And I think it’s likely to be a death or other accident.
If it was easy to bust drug dealers we wouldn’t have such a huge drug problem!

Did it sound like the child died from accidentally getting some drugs in her system? Horrible, regardless of the exact details.

yes. that seems to ultimately be what happened. the parents were also arrested. the mother put the child to bed, supposedly checked through the door at 10am and child was still “sleeping”. Moher didn’t recheck the child until 10pm at night at which point 911 was called. WTF is wrong with people.
