Oak Manor tack shop (new), Sullivan Saddlery (consignment/used), TB racing museum http://www.ecalendaraiken.com/, catch a polo game, check out Highfields show grounds to see if a H/J show is going on, lots of stuff always going on in Aiken.
Downtown Aiken is very quaint and very horsey. Anytime we show there, I always wish we had just one more day to have lunch and browse. I am sure you will love it!!
I never made it to any tack shops as the horse show always has good vendors.
