Prior to this year’s Saratoga meet, he was 1-2-0 for 5 races between 2016 and 2017.
On 7/22 he won a $40k claiming race, non-winners of two at 1 1/16 on the turf and was not claimed.
On 7/26 he won an allowance race, 1 3/8 on the turf.
On 8/23 he won an allowance optional claiming at 1 1/16th on the turf.
On 9/2 he won the Saranc Stakes, G3t, 1 1/8 on the turf.
First time since 1952 a horse has won four times at a Saratoga meet. All Voodoo Song’s wins were gate to wire.
Obviously a love affair between Voodoo Song and the Saratoga turf course
