Has anyone had issues with packages from Abler being held by the shipping carrier? DHL says the package is on hold for inspection by a regulatory authority. I can only assume Customs or DEA…
Yes. Occasionally it takes a few days longer. I’ve always gotten my orders though.
I had mine held and confiscated last year. Abler gave me a refund.
Update: I contacted Abler on Monday. They shipped a full replacement order via UPS on Wednesday. It arrived today, and Abler has said they will handle the held shipment with DHL when the customs issue is resolved.
Pretty impressed, all things considered.
I’ve always had good experiences with them. The pop rocks are a good product too.
They have great customer service! I reached out to them on Facebook one time and expressed my urgency with a situation I had. They informed me that they’d be glad to help and that they had some of what I needed in a US warehouse that they could ship out to me immediately. They were awesome!
