I wonder if its less that they build up a tolerance, but that theyâve connected the dots and are amped up at the delivery of the ace because they know something stressful is coming soon, reducing the effectiveness??

He LOVED it. Heâd hold out his neck for the injection. He was also a cribberâŠI think he really just liked the high!
But yeah, a horse consistently drugged for some circumstance they really donât like could totally connect the dots in the same way, with the opposite effect.
