Anyone have anymore information. Where the stallions are going, etc? I love their horses. Such wonderful breeders of some nice horses. I hope they can save it before auction.

I clicked on the link and got âan error has occurred.â Tried to enter the URL manually and got the same thing.
Itâs true. The URL was incorrect.

For the Tranzon one, the id number of the property is 8015, not 801.

What will become of the stallions?
Now would be a great time to win the lottery.
Seriously, I hope everything works out for them.

Knowing how much the economy has affected us, I can only imagine what it must be like for them. Wish things were better all around.
Does anybody know?
Is this an absolute sale?
Does anybody know whatâs happening with their stock?
What a terrible situation, hopefully they can re-establish something for themselves.
I spoke to my sister about it last night. She knew nothing about the foreclosure, but said Acorn Hill was âtwo farms, one on each side of the roadâ.
This appears to all be on one side of the road. So maybe they were able to keep the âother halfâ???

I noticed that only part of the total acreage is for sale. So perhaps that is the case.
Auction Cancelled
âThe sale has been cancelled pursuant to a negotiated agreement between the property owners and their lenders.â
or so it says on the site posted above.

Not surprised.

Why dat?
Why dat?
Because most lenders prefer to work with the borrower than sell in foreclosure.

Oh
A much happier outcome than what was anticipated. Hopefully they will re-group and go forward successfully.
It seems a beautiful place, I wish them all the best!
