So often people are quick to complain about their bad experiences with tack stores/catalogs, but I thought I would share my great experience with Action Rider Tack. I have ordered from them in the past but for some reason I never seem to think of them first when I need something.
Last Thursday, I received a saddle on trial that ended up having odd length billets. My dressage girth was too short and my standard english girth was too long. I needed a long dressage girth and I do not have too many choices here locally for english tack. So, I hit the online catalogs. After looking at a couple of places, I found exactly what I needed at Action Rider Tack and for a good price. I decided to call to place the order since I needed the girth fast!
The customer service rep (Dee) was so nice and helpful. She even put me on hold and got a girth, weighed it, and quoted a couple of express shipping options. I made my decision, placed my order, and the girth was shipped that day and arrived quickly!
I have always had good experiences with them in the past but this is the first rush order I have placed. With such great customer service, they have moved to the top of my list for places to look!
