Did anyone see an ad (or maybe just a FB post?) recently for one of the big events, with a shark Photoshopped in place of the jump and raving about the course designer? I can’t find it now… maybe they took it down.
I briefly considered commenting that they might need a new marketing director as “jumping the shark” is… not complimentary.
Then I thought… they probably weren’t born when that phrase was coined and have no idea what it refers to, and I am just showing my age. 
Yeah it was a joke about the Maryland 5*, related to the infamous crab jump into the water last year.
Oh, I see it now. I didn’t get that it was a shark replacing a crab, and of course an April Fool’s joke.

Lol funny you should mention this phrase. I was thinking of it for something work related and was going to use it in a presentation but wondered how many people would actually get it
