Anyone ordered from them? I recently had a terrible experience and I’m not sure if this is typical or out of the ordinary.
I’ve ordered from them for years and never had an issue…until recently when I had to return something due to manufacture defect. It’s settled now but it wasn’t easy!
I’ve ordered from them a lot and have always had really good experiences. Shipping is moderately fast, and they respond to emails quickly.
I’ll only use them if nobody else has something. They’re a drop shipper so it’s slow and the service is marginal at best.
I also returned an item months back that took 3+ months to get my refund. In the past they were very prompt with refunds.
I recently ordered a couple of breeches from their sale items and was informed (weeks later) that they were out of stock and they were simply refunding my money. I mean…not TERRIBLE, but irritating. I’ve been pretty happy with my orders from them in the past, though.
I’ve had great service but don’t think I’ve ever had to return anything, so can’t speak to that.
I’ve not had a problem with them, but they are not my “go to” supplier either.
Hmmm. Ok. I had a similar experience to those listed. I ordered weeks ago, nothing in my order was shipped. Called to find out what was up, and it turned out a shirt I ordered that was on sale was out of stock. I was extremely annoyed- I could have had my other items if they weren’t waiting on this one and it took them 3 weeks to figure out they didn’t have it? Later I told a friend about it and she said she’d gotten some great deals from their sales but once she had to return something and it took an age to get a refund. I’ll definitely avoid them in the future.

Haven’t had a problem with them, but every supplier has problems from time to time…
I like them, but I don’t order things I might have to return.
