Has anyone added an RV A/C Unit to the dressing room of a trailer?
I saw a 2 horse bumper pull online where the dressing room had been upgraded to a small living area. I coveted this as an introvert with a non-horsey husband having a private space to retire to during waits and between classes.
After some discussion it makes more sense for us to have our trailer modified rather than purchasing a new one. We know the space will be tiny but we’re looking at a $3-5k upgrade rather than a $10k + upgrade and still have our very useful “run around” trailer.
I contacted a local RV repair shop who is game to entertain the idea but wanted to see pictures of the trailer I saw… pictures that are of course gone because used 2 horse bumper pull trailers stay on the market for approximately 2 minutes.
Has anyone added a roof AC unit to the dressing room of a trailer that they could share pictures?
Mine is a steel trailer with a re-enforced roof so hopefully I’m not being completely crazy here
