She had 10 days to pay - I received her check today. I’m happy to put this woman out of my life, once and for all. What a distasteful experience this was. I’ve been a professional horsewoman for 50 years, managed a 70 horse breeding operation in Ocala in the 80s. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

No, not a house guest. Just a previous client with a similar issue. If you want proof, go check on the BBB site. This was before I knew her situation, at the time.
