My trainer rode her a few more times and realized that she was going to require just too much to get going in the right direction, and keeping her there was a concern as well. This was just something she did not want to take on at this point, which I totally get. As it turns out, her owner had an good offer on her I-1 mare, so she decided she would take her back and keep her for now. We did learn quite a bit through this experience, so more tools in our toolbox!
