AHS Qualification for Elite Mare status through Competition?

Can a mare who has scored her 7,0+ at studbook inspection be qualified for Elite Mare status through competition (dressage or eventing)? If yes, what are the benchmarks? Thank you.

Back when we went that route with Wintermaske, the requirement was three scores of 65%+ at Second level with at least one score for the highest difficulty second level test, which now would be Second 3. The scores need to be from 2 or more judges. I assume the requirements are still the same. There are other requirements for eventing, jumping, and (I think) hunters. Best to call or email the office to be sure. 859-255-4141, ahsoffice@aol.com.

The current requirement is roughly as Mary Lou notes:

Dressage: three (3) scores of at least 60% in Second Level Tests 3 or above by three different judges, at USEF or Equine Canada recognized shows"

There may be an additional requirement that the each of the scores also be accompanied by a first through fifth placing (e.g., ribbons) to account for a high scoring judge at a given show.
