Just a PSA, I ordered a few Borstiq brushes from Aiver Saddle NA as a gift for a friend back in early August of this year. They charged me immediately, sent no order confirmation and were non responsive to multiple emails through their website. I was very patient given the current supply chain issues but after 90 days I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company and was credited the purchase price. Luckily it was a small order but if you are thinking of making any kind of significant purchase from this company I would definitely reconsider.

if you paid by credit card normally you have 60 days from Your Billing date from the credit card company to contest charge, as I had several purchases starting run up against that wall I told the company I was going to Contest the Charge, believe me that is one of last things a company wants since contest credit charges Do Drive their processing fees up
