Depending on where you are located, Dr. Chris Berezowski at Moore & Co. in Balzac, Alberta would be your safest bet. He is a Board Certified Theriogenology (equine reproduction). Even though I am not a client of this clinic, I have many friends that have used him for frozen and embryo transfer and have had good success.

I would definitely recommend Alberta Veterinary Center in Red Deer. They do a lot of reproductive work and are great to deal with.
