In fact, can I admit that I think they would be much more fun to ride than Friesians or Gypsy Vanners? I prefer their height.

Every Fall at The National Drive, there’s a lady who brings her 4 of Fell Ponies 
I love watching them & have seen pics of them doing Marathon

Have a look at www.fellpony.co.uk which organises wild-camping trips with their home-bred ponies in the Cumbrian fells. That would be an adventure.
