I was wondering if there might be a good rider around the Alpharetta area that might freelance and come to another farm to ride one a couple of times a month? Not sure how likely it is, but I have a horse leased in Alpharetta, GA that I’d like to get someone on. He has a background in a bit of everything - hunting, side saddle, dressage, and eventing before I bought him and show jumping with me. When I moved back to the US last winter I brought him with me and now he is doing some jumpers and equitation with a kid. I was supposed to be riding him 2x per week and keeping his flatwork up/doing some tune ups during the lease but I went and busted my knee and now I’ve just had ACL surgery and won’t be riding for a few months. 
I’d like to keep his flatwork up and work on a few things while this kid has him, he is a big guy and she is small and she also is not especially experienced. I’ve been trying to think up solutions (that don’t include me just riding without a left stirrup, as tempting as it is) and I started to wonder if maybe there was someone good but maybe up and coming in the area who might be looking for some extra riding/money and might be up for going to another farm to ride? I live over an hour away and can’t trailer him to another facility at the moment. The trainer at the farm (hunter rider) is a good coach and doing well with them but isn’t really going to flat him the way I’d like him to be flatted.
Long shot, but figured I’d ask in case someone did know of anyone!
