Yes it has. It has been so great watching the rivalry between Miki, WIJI, Freaky Feet Pete and Shamballa. I have also enjoyed the classy sportsmanship of all these great horses connections. It makes my heart warm to see it.

Turned on TVG to catch Always B Miki taking the 6th at the Meadowlands  (I think at 1/9).

Then I thought I heard the person on TVG saying he’s got 2 more races. The Breeder’s Crown Open Pace next Friday and then, I think I heard the announcer say, the TVG Free For All Pace Championship November 12 (but I can’t confirm that Always B Mike is in or who is entered).

Breeder’s Crown Open Pace will have Wiggle It Jiggleit along with Shambala. I think start position will be key.

Whoo-hoo for next Friday!

I was told the crown was his last but plans can change. I am not exactly in the tight loop lol.

Late PS.

IIRC, Always Be Miki drew position 4 and Wiggle It JiggleIt position 7 for next Friday night. Decent spots to start from. TVG didn’t mention where Shamabala was starting.

Shamballa drew the two hole.

Sounds like it will be another great race this coming Friday!

10 minutes to gate for the 7th at Meadowlands

What a race! Wiggle It Jiggleit had an amazing start off the gate to take the lead going into the first turn with ABM laying second and Shambala 4th. Dave Miller asked ABM to move up around the far turn but was still second until just before the line when he stepped up and beat WIJ just before the wire.

Shambala got up for 3rd.

Great race!!!

What a race!!

Miki…two broken legs bones, a year off and wins the Breeders Crown in an amazing duel.

It was one of the most exciting races that I have seen. Even Jimmy Tackter said it was the best race he had ever seen. It is just awesome to see these two battle it out week in and week out. I think the rivalry makes them better horses.

Wonder what next year will bring with Miki in the breeding shed and WIJI still racing.
