Amerigo Dressage Saddles?

Looking for feedback on Amerigo dressage saddles. The Cortina would be the right one for my horse’s back (not a high but a long wither and a quite flat back). I can’t seem to find many reviews of them out there and nothing recent. I understand from my conversation with our local Amerigo fitter that they can be a bit controversial so am looking for some additional information before I commit to having her out to try them (and spending the $$$ to do so). My main concern for my horse is that she has enough room for her shoulders. For me, I’m looking for a more narrow twist than what I’m currently riding in so that I’m not fighting tack to get my leg where it should be.

I tried to search the forum but can only seem to find older threads.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I’m mostly an Amerigo fan. Well-made, supportive without a crazy-deep seat or giant blocks, nice leather. Narrow to medium-narrow twist. The drawback I find with some fittings is a lack of wither clearance from side-to-side (and often above, on the higher-than-average wither… but that’s a problem with many brands). As for shoulder freedom, it’s hard to say without actually putting it on the horse but in general Amerigo wouldn’t be on my go-to list for a truly broad-shouldered build. The overall feel is similar, at least to me, to a lot of the Prestige models, which tend to fit the same longitudinal back shape while offering better wither clearance and shoulder room.
