Ammy friendly producing stallions

I have a mare that is a complete treasure. She does her job so well and is such a safe animal. Every trainer I have ridden with has been astounded by her natural rhythmic canter, consistency, and extreme rideability. I have a dream to eventually breed her in the hope of producing the ultimate amateur hunter horse. What stallions would you suggest for this purpose?

For those of you curious as to what I’d like to add to her conformationally/genetically… here’s a little background info (feel free to ignore and purely suggest ammy friendly studs).

She was sired by Wradar out of a TB mare, but surprisingly is very stocky and about 15.3 or 16 hands, but with plenty of stride (has shown in the AO’s very successfully)
What I’d like to improve: increase length of neck, increase slope of croup (hers is a little short and flat)
If I were to get really picky, she’s a bit long bodied for her height

I have been on hacks with him (with me riding the mare they use to tease him along with other mares) and he was the perfect gentlemen - even with crazy farm equipment that roams the roads in our area.

I have a foal by him this year and at three months he is already the perfect gentleman for grooming, the farrier, bathing, etc. And he definitely improved on the dam’s length of back and leg, and shoulder angles.

While I think that Sea Accounts has a temperament that is hard to beat in any horse, let alone stallion, I’m posting because of your mare.

The first mare I bought to breed to Cyriz is was Wradar daughter out of TK/TB mare. We bought her at a sporthorse auction, kinda spur of the moment and she was three.

I chuckled at your description of her, because it could describe mine! And I’ve know a few other like her. It’s funny, because the sons I’ve seen are tall and modern and the daughters have all been smaller, heavier, old-style.

Prototype is shown in the amateur hunter divisions as well as the professional divisions. He acts like a gelding and people always forget he is a stallion because he is so quiet and well behaved His filly we have is just like him. Nothing phases her.

I love the disposition of our Devon Heir yearling filly. She’s been the easiest baby I’ve ever worked with. I trailered her down this spring from Washington to California and she was completely laid back about that and everything else we’ve exposed her to. He improved on the neck length and position, and she has a lovely sloped and substantial croup, and incredible movement. He seems to be popular as both a dressage and hunter stallion. Our filly’s dam a 16 hands Oldenburg and he’s 16.3, but our yearling is already 15 hands so she will probably be in the 16.3-17 range.

I can’t say if they are the right match for your mare, but Don Alfredo and Landkonig come to mind for temperament.

I have heard nothing but good things about the temperaments of Sir Wanabi’s foals. I have two of them (a 3 year old and a 4 month old) and am very pleased with the quiet, easy-going disposition both have demonstrated to date. The 3 year old is out of a very good-tempered mare but the 4 month old’s dam is a bit on the hot side; her last colt was a monster to handle as a foal compared to her Sir Wanabi baby who is an absolute teddy bear.

I’ve seen videos of a child riding Sir Wanabi so if he passes that temperament on… Yea, I can see him being a good choice.

I can second some of the suggestions already made, as I know folks with offspring under saddle from Freestyle, Widmark, and Rubignon. They are mostly youngsters - 4-7 or so, but they have good minds and easy going temperaments.

I also know several offspring of Rosenthal and Routinier that are kind and willing partners for their AA riders. I also have heard good things about Ironman offspring.

We also have several Sure Hit offspring at the barn that are doing well being ridden by AAs and junior riders. And there are others out there moving up the levels with their AA riders (showing in dressage, hunters, and eventing). Sure Hit himself is easy-peasy around the barn - doesn’t need a chain, stands quietly right next to mares, never causes a ruckus , and is super reliable to take on trails (he’s pretty spook proof).

Freedom Z - I would breed to him in an instant - we have a daughter and know of several as well. Very very ammy friendly with tons of potential to do it all and incredible movement and jump.

Agree with this name, and Freestyle, plus there are Hannovairan lines know for super temperment as well as movement (are you going for dressage or jumping? - OP doesn’t say).

He is also very proven as a sire of Hunters, performance Hunters, not just line horses. Most of them are being trained and piloted by their ammie owners as well.
