German breeding stallion approval is interesting. No horse in the US would qualify.

I had no idea Thoroughbred stallions had an approval process in Germany. Interesting.

It’s not just TB’s. Most animals (dogs, horses)used for breeding in Germany goes through an approval process of some kind.
