I have been noodling around on YouTube, watching all kinds of crazy videos, but for some reason, it has figured out I like eventing. This is a video of eventing, mostly at Badminton, and a few shots at Burghley. There is video of Shelia Wilbanks, Lucinda, Frank Weldon, and almost everyone you can think of. There are very small snippets of a couple of Olympics. It is a great video, but there are some bad falls.
How is 50 years a millennium?
I wondered the same thing, and it doesn’t go past 2000, so I think they were just looking at the upcoming millennium. I don’t care what they call it, it is a great video!
Thank you for sharing this! I love watching videos of eventing from the 70s-80s. I had only read about/seen pictures of Lucinda Green’s Be Fair and Gurgle the Greek’s incredible wiggle under the jump. I was never actually able to find any videos of these events!
