Is anyone familiar with this shelter? It looks absolutely wonderful from their website. They seem to be connected with a shelter in Wellsboro, PA and that looks to be a good hour away. They have a couple of dogs listed that I’m interested in seeing but it’s a good 2.5 hr drive to the Wellsboro shelter and another hr to the East Smithfield one.
I recently put my Cattle dog mix to sleep but so fell in love with the breed that I may be willing to travel that far to check out a dog at each shelter of Cattle dog/heeler mix.
I’ve emailed them to see if they could give me more info on the 2 females like age and weight. I should have asked about the activity level too. I know my girl was a senior (6 yrs) when I adopted her from our local shelter so she wasn’t over the top nuts but seemed to be ‘just right’ for me and the farm. 
I’m also looking closer to home but that’s another thread for those of us in the Rochester NY area.
