Ankylosing Spondyloarthritis

Finally went to go see a rheumatologist and after a lengthy conversation about my symptoms and an x-ray of my SI joints, he diagnosed ankylosing spondyloarthritis.

Turns out it’s genetic, and typically men are affected. So as a 22 yr old female, I hit the luck jackpot! :frowning:

Is there anyone here that has this? Looking for support. I’m hopeful that I can start riding daily once this new medicine kicks in. Heck, I’d be happy to ride every other week at this point.

Also, has anyone been on Dolobin? Doctor put me on it instead of Celebrex cause of my sulpha allergy.

Thanks for reading. Hope there’s someone out there who can shed some light on best practices in managing this condition.
