I did a search and found a few threads regarding her clinics but they were from 2010 or before. Anyone ridden with her recently? She will be in my area and I was contemplating riding in the clinic. However, some of the previous threads indicated she could be tough sometimes brutal. I don’t expect a clinician to be my BFF but I don’t want to pay money to be berated either.
I haven’t ridden with her, but I know from friends that yes, she can be brutal. In fact, one of them, a very good rider, left the clinic crying.
i don’t know the details, but I can think of many other clinicians to work with who will provide feedback in a way that empowers you rather than makes you feel like crap.

If you do as you are told, she is awesome. You need to know how to ride.
I’m looking for feed back as well (see other thread ) as she is the EAP clinician!
Brutal. Likely a challenging and potentially positive experience for a talented disciplined junior. NOT “average” amateur friendly.
A friend loved her! would absolutely do another clinic if opportunity arose … yes this person is a talented rider but dressage not jumping, she got to practice counting her strides
No tears
OTOH the Kid say tears are good, you get broken down but then you are built anew & for the better
I suspect the key is listen & try.
I also suspect there will be no “sugar coating” on any truths, but also nothing that is not fair.
If you’re not fit, if your horse is not fit, maybe don’t ride but Do Audit.
(& yes the Kid would absolutely ride with her dressage boy  )
I watched a clinic that my spouse rode in. Anne was tough but constructive. Kinda like her mentor George.
I think this writer offered a pretty detailed review - if you don’t like what you see/read, likely AK is not for you
